Billy Lynn Hebert, age 80 of Quakertown, New Jersey passed away on February 11, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents Lynn Hebert and Jean Ramsey Hebert and brother Donald Hebert. Nephews Wayne Hebert and Michael Goodman. He is survived by his brother David Hebert and wife Carol, sister Jeanette Goodman, Sister in law, Pat Hebert, Nieces and nephews, Billy Goodman, Robert and Mayo Hebert, David and Laura Hebert, Richard and Nancy Hebert, Sheree and Drew Carter, William and Areasha Hebert, Jeanna and Bo Stallman, and Mary  and Kevin Aucoin, and numerous great nieces and nephews.

An inurnment service will be held Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 2:30 pm at Hempstead Cemetery.
