"Buck" Bernard Hayes Buck, age 57 of Hockley passed away on December 12, 2015. Buck was born in Fort Bragg, NC and grew up in a military family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. B.H. Buck, Sr.; nephew, Charles Garvin; brother-in-law, Bennie Grepares; and survived by his wife of 26 years, DeeDee Buck; Daughter Kristina "Kristi" Buck; brother, Benjamin Buck, sisters, Yanka Reyes and husband Ray, Emily Iverson and husband Barry, Maricela Garvin and husband Scott; brother, Benjamin Buck; brothers & sisters -in-law, Andy Grepares and wife Jan, Greg Grepares and wife Sharon, Tony Grepares and wife Yazmin; nieces and nephews, Matthew, Nathan, Nicholas, Logan, Dustin, Jade, Yanniz, Crystal, Adony, Natalie, Bernard, Benjamin, Andrea and Kelsey as well as many other relatives and dear friends.

Buck was a brilliant, hard working man with many talents. He had a great sense of humor, and was admired by many and loved by his family and friends. His greatest joys were his wife DeeDee, the birth of their daughter Kristina "Kristi", whom he cherished, and cooking for his family and friends. He also enjoyed bowling, horseshoes, pool and darts. Buck was a member of Waller Baptist Church. He will be missed by all and will forever hold a special place in our hearts and minds.

Buck was not a suit kind of guy, so please wear your boots and jeans or whatever you are comfortable in.
