Arthur Garcia, age 71 of Hempstead, passed away on November  13, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents Willie and Bertha Garcia; sisters Alma Martin, Ruth Pocock, Audre Danielson; brother Willie Garcia and is survived by his wife Susan E. Rogers-Garcia; brother Charles Garcia; sisters Vera Lawrence, Bonnie Sweppenhiser and husband Jan; step-daughter Kristin Noe; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

Arthur is in the care of Canon Funeral Home.
