Allan White, age 78 of Waller, passed away on August  16, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Athie White, brother Jack White, sisters Sheila and Ann. Allan is survived by his wife Joan White; sons Allan Clark White, Jr. and wife Shelia, Shannon White and wife Tracy; daughter Tanya Renee New and husband Aaron; brothers Joe White and wife Margaret, Eugene "Buddy" White and wife Jane; sister Lenda Tuck; grandchildren Ashley Gonzales, Stephanie Horne, Justin White, Dallas White; great grandchildren Kayla Gonzales, Jase Gonzales, Aubrey Horne, Savannah Horne; as well as many other relatives and friends

How do you summarize the life of someone like Allan White? For those of you that know him, simply the words Allan White are enough; for those of you that did not know him, no words would ever be enough. Frank Sinatra got it close with, "I did it my way," but still missed the mark with Mr. White because there is no mention of boat racing, flying airplanes, ham radios, or motorcycles. Most people think all of those things sum up who he was… but not everyone. Other people know a much deeper sense of who this man was - they know him as a father, as a father figure, as a brother, as a dear friend, and as a husband. The family would like to invite you to think about these elements of just who Allan White really was.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 12-2 pm at Canon Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 pm with Aaron New officiating. Interment will follow at 3:30 pm at Waller Cemetery.
